Rick joins Hale with a multitude of experience in Customer Service and Sales from the Food and Beverage business, a background with enough similarities to allow a seamless transition into an Account Executive. His familiarity with selling and working events is a combination that provides him an inventive understanding that he passes on to his clients.

Rick’s boundless energy and drive to thrive are evident from his first client phone calls to the close of their event. He is proud to have worked on such recognized events like the NHL Draft, Kelly for Kids and WNY Boat show to name just a few. And he’s equally as happy to jump in on his co-worker’s projects, a recipe, he says, leads to success every time.

“We don’t set each other up for failure. It’s 100% family based so everyone helps out.”

The bottom line is Rick has what it takes for the busy work behind the scenes.

And he’s about to be even busier at home. He and his wife just had a baby boy and he couldn’t be happier to have a buddy joining his team, since he is already raising two daughters and two dogs. When not at home, he is often seen boating on the Niagara River and staying active with his family enjoying many recreational sports all year long.
