John began his career with Hale 16 years ago as an Account Executive, working with clients to plan their special events and learning the Trade Show business from the ground up. With a degree in Communication and Business from St. Bonaventure University and a background in the Food and Beverage and Convention industry, filling these shoes at Hale was a natural progression. His vibrant personality combined with his natural ability to get things done and handle the pressures of working with the public are essential to success of his Team.

Over the years, John has worked to pass on his knowledge in order to support and guide his Sales Team. It’s this background that propels his team to grow and succeed. John takes pride in his Team knowing they can deliver on any project they negotiate. He is the team builder and enjoys being the driving force behind it all.

While mentoring and cultivating his Team, John continues to take pride in the diverse and wide client base that has come to know and trust Hale Northeastern for their most important events. These clients include the NHL, NFL, NCAA, local and national corporations, universities and the many charitable foundations of Buffalo, New York.

As Director of Sales, John manages the sales team with the client’s vision in mind, “It’s a very personal business. The client is turning their project over to us. So, I look for my staff to be fully engaged so we too can visualize our client’s dream. It’s our job to creatively develop it for them.”

John’s mission along with the tremendous support of a well-balanced Team of creative talented individuals is part of the reason Hale Northeastern remains an industry leader in Trade Show and Special Events Services.

At home, John is caregiver for his special needs brother, Joe, who brings positive energy to his life by letting John work with him on his physical therapy sessions and volunteer and support Joe during Special Olympic events.
