Having started as an Account Executive, Brendan has worked his way up after not only landing big name contracts, but retaining client services after producing top notch events. Now he helps oversee the sales team, ensuring everyone provides the over-the-top service Hale is well known for.

From drawing plans, to running and servicing a show, Brendan is a reliable buffer between Hale’s staff and his clients. He manages up to 40 accounts in a single year, often with multiple projects stemming from a single customer. His proficiency working with the best sub-contractors and visual companies and his established and reliable contacts with other vendors in the cities where events take place, assure his clients. His research and know how of finding appropriate back-ups on the road, in the case local replacements are necessary, is of upmost value to his clients.

Offering this kind of service means Brendan is often on the road. “It’s my job to bring it to life,” he says.

Although a busy job means his hobby is work too, he finds time to take his wife and three children boating in the warmer months. Born and raised in Buffalo, he has a passion for the city and living in a walkable community, even though he still, drives everywhere.
